We are a Women's Physical Therapy Concierge Service that  provides care to Palm Beach County. Exhale Spine & Pelvic Wellness was developed to provide optimal care to post partum women, and peri / post menopausal women suffering from spine and / or pelvic dysfunction, as well as, orthopedic impairments that may develop during these transitional periods. Women also frequently suffer from urinary symptoms, colorectal symptoms, and pain. Through the use of advanced treatment approaches, your practitioner will improve healing, decrease pain, address bowel and bladder symptoms, and restore efficient movement and comfort with the use of manual therapy, advanced modalities, therapeutic exercise, and individualized education. This is accomplished through proven hands-on techniques, one-on-one therapy, and individualized treatment plans designed for each person. ​​​​
